Every wooden companion we send is handled with care, patience, and love.

Because each piece — especially if you order an Ornament or Keychain — is carefully assembled and personalised just for you, a little extra time is needed to ensure your order leaves our workshop in perfect condition.

We appreciate your understanding that thoughtful craftsmanship takes time, and we’ll always keep you updated along the way.

Processing Time

All items are made to order.

Standard processing takes 1-2 business days before dispatch.

Personalised or larger orders may take a few extra days depending on workload and seasonal demand.

If you have a special occasion deadline, please contact us before purchasing — we’ll do our best to meet it.

Delivery Service & Shipping Costs

We currently ship within mainland Britain only — including England, Scotland, and Wales.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or any other offshore locations at this time.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier workload, regional conditions, and seasonal demand.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details.

We make every effort to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. However, due to variations in courier operations and delivery volumes, estimated delivery times may occasionally fluctuate.

If you selected Next Day Delivery and have not received your parcel within 3 business days of dispatch, please contact us at anornament@outlook.com, and we’ll assist in tracing your consignment promptly.

Delivery Expectations

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays).

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout — we cannot refund or replace orders lost due to incorrect address information.

If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a calling card or tracking update for redelivery or collection.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, adverse weather, or events beyond our control, but we will always support you in resolving delivery issues.

Packaging & Sustainability

We pack all products with great care using eco-friendly or recyclable materials where possible.

Each parcel is designed to protect your item while minimising waste — because we want your order to arrive beautifully and responsibly.

Gifting Options

We love being part of your special moments!

If you’re sending a gift, we offer two simple options to make it extra meaningful:

Gift Message (£1 add-on): Add a short personal message at checkout — we’ll handwrite it on a gift card and include it in your package.

Free Handwritten Note: If you prefer, we can include a small complimentary note card with your message, handwritten by us with care.

All gift orders are packed without price details, making them ready to surprise your loved one straight out of the box.
